How We Work?
- New query is taken with inputs observing client standards and specifications
- Followup on inputs found, look for clarifications if needed, to avoid unnecessary time lag
- Quotation is sent
- After sanction of quote, Sr. Manager allocates work to Project Manager
- The PM settles the schedule, work-flow and consequently assign work to the concerned Team. Informs Team and quality department about the standards to be adopted for the blueprint
- On completion of work, it is forwarded to the Quality Dept
- Once the Quality verification is done, work is sent to Auditor. He verifies the final drawing using ASP (Acceptance Sampling Process) and forwards it to the Project Manager
- The Project Manager re-checks the concluding result and if not satisfied, then he send back the work to quality Dept. If the PM is satisfied with the work, he forwards it to the Sr.Manager
- After brief brush up, Sr.Manager sends the drawings to Client
